Safe, Effective Laser Tattoo Removal in the Heart of Port Moody
At Pulse Vancity, we use advanced picosecond laser technology—the gold standard in modern tattoo removal. Unlike traditional nanosecond lasers, picosecond lasers deliver ultra-short energy pulses that shatter ink particles more efficiently, allowing your body to flush them out faster. This means fewer sessions, quicker results, and less discomfort during the process. Our laser is designed to safely treat a wide range of ink colours and skin tones while minimizing the risk of scarring or damage to surrounding skin. Whether you’re removing a small design or fading a piece for a cover-up, our technology ensures a more effective and comfortable experience from start to finish.

• Apply SPF 30+ daily to the area to prevent hyperpigmentation.

• Avoid scheduling another session for at least 8–10 weeks (longer if skin has not fully healed).

• Avoid rubbing, scratching, or picking at the treated skin.

• Avoid hot tubs, swimming pools, saunas, or any activities that cause heavy sweating.
What to Expect:
• Redness, swelling, itching, and mild discomfort are normal within the first few days.

• Blistering and scabbing may occur. This is part of the natural healing process.

• Frosting (white discoloration) during treatment is temporary and usually fades within hours.

• Fading may be gradual. It often takes 6–10 sessions or more depending on the tattoo and skin type.

• If you want to see faster results, drink lots of water to flush out toxins. Decrease alcohol consumption to avoid dehydration. Avoid smoking to reduce pollutants, and exercise to increase blood flow to further break down ink particles in your skin.
